I rarely leave reviews unless the service is exceptional and this is one of those cases. Recently bought a new Chev Trax 2024 at Eagle Ridge GM through the help of Josh.

I was looking for specific features and style when I first contacted Josh on facebook, he kept me on his radar and let me know when a model that fit my criteria was coming in. While I had to wait for the new vehicle to arrive on the lot, he kept me updated and was great with communication. I was able to hold the vehicle with a deposit of only $500 which was fully refundable in case I didn’t like the vehicle. It was a very easy process and gave me peace of mind knowing I wasn’t locked in but still had the vehicle if I wanted. Josh also hooked me up with a $200 esso gift card which really made it all worthwhile.

Josh is very cheerful, courteous, competent, knowledgeable and was amazing to work with. He made the process so easy and always kept me informed. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Thanks to Josh in sales and Kathy in finance. I look forward to working with him and Eagle Ridge GM again.
