Performance is driven by a dual-motor e4WD system that delivers instant torque and confident traction in all conditions. Depending on trim and battery configuration, the Sierra EV produces up to 760 horsepower in Max Power mode and can accelerate from 0–60 mph in under 4.5 seconds (Denali Max Range). The advanced battery platform not only enables strong performance but also lowers the centre of gravity for improved ride comfort and handling.

Inside and out, Sierra EV blends innovation with versatility. KEY FEATURES

Range

Sierra EV offers multiple battery capacities delivering GM-estimated range of up to 455 km (Standard), 660 km (Extended), and up to 769 km (Max Range) on a full charge. Regenerative Braking and One-Pedal Driving help convert kinetic energy into stored battery power for improved efficiency. With DC fast charging capability of up to 350 kW, Max Range models can add up to 193 km of range in about 10 minutes.

Design

The Sierra EV’s exterior proportions emphasize strength and athletic performance. The sculpted front end is engineered to efficiently direct airflow down the body side, reducing drag and turbulence. Distinctive LED lighting, illuminated GMC emblem, aero shutters, and bold trim designs create a modern presence. The battery pack is integrated as a structural element, enhancing durability and lowering the centre of gravity.

Performance

Powered by dual electric drive units (front and rear), Sierra EV features advanced e4WD with torque vectoring for optimal traction and control. In Max Power mode (Denali Max Range), output reaches up to 760 horsepower and 785 lb-ft of torque. Drive Mode Control includes Normal, Off-Road, Terrain (AT4), Tow/Haul, Max Power and My Mode, allowing drivers to tailor propulsion, steering and performance characteristics.

Cargo

Sierra EV delivers true truck versatility with the MultiPro Tailgate featuring six functional load/access positions. The available MultiPro Midgate® expands bed length up to 10’10” with the load stop in place. The power-open eTrunk™ offers 311 litres (11 cu. ft.) of lockable, weatherproof storage. Technology

A 16.8-inch freeform touchscreen paired with an 11-inch digital driver display delivers a customizable, smartphone-like experience. Google built-in provides navigation, apps, and voice control, while over-the-air updates allow continuous feature enhancements.

Front Safety

Standard features include Enhanced Automatic Emergency Braking, Forward Collision Alert, Front Pedestrian and Bicyclist Braking, Traffic Sign Recognition, and Intersection Automatic Emergency Braking for added confidence.

Capability

Extended Range models offer up to 5,670 kg (12,500 lbs.) of max towing capacity and up to 885 kg (1,950 lbs.) of payload. ProGrade Trailering System, Hitch Guidance, and up to 13 camera views make towing easier and more confident.

Battery Pack

The modular battery platform uses energy-dense pouch cells within a high-strength steel structure. It enhances body stiffness, supports multiple range options, and is designed for sustainability, flexibility, and future chemistry upgrades.

 

eTrunk

The power-open eTrunk™ provides 311 litres (11 cu. ft.) of lockable, weatherproof front storage. Large enough for a hard-side suitcase, it includes lighting and hands-free power up/down functionality.

Electric Drive

Sierra EV uses two permanent-magnet motors — one front and one rear — forming an advanced e4WD system. Torque is continuously distributed to maximize traction, efficiency, and dynamic performance in all driving conditions.

Lighting

Modern LED headlamps, LED tail lamps, perimeter grille illumination (AT4/Denali), and IntelliBeam® automatic high beams enhance visibility. A charge status indicator integrated into the headlamps displays charging progress.

AC Charging Module

Standard 11.5 kW AC charging supports Level 1 and Level 2 charging. An available 19.2 kW system enables faster Level 2 charging up to 240V/80A. Dual Level Charge Cord provides flexible at-home charging solutions.
