SUSPENSION
The multilink independent rear suspension on the current Tahoe and Suburban has been updated to provide refined ride and handling dynamics. Enhanced steering calibration delivers a confident driving experience across a variety of conditions.
This suspension system—comprising three lateral arms, a large longitudinal arm, coil springs, and a robust stabilizer bar—offers ride sophistication and isolation usually found in smaller vehicles, scaled to meet the capability requirements of full-size SUVs.
Tahoe and Suburban also offer Air Ride Adaptive Suspension and Magnetic Ride Control, features not available from any competitor. These systems provide exceptional body control and optimize ride height and comfort by adjusting the suspension to road conditions.
