ACTIVE AERO SHUTTERS

Shutters close at high speeds to help enhance aerodynamics.Shutters reopen at lower speeds or when needed to help cool the engine compartment.

DURALIFE BRAKE ROTORS

Duralife brake rotors have better resistance to corrosion to increase rotor life, minimize brake pulsation, and improve aesthetic appearance. Brake system features a corrosion-fighting process called Ferritic Nitro Carburizing which can double rotor life expectancy and reduce or minimize rust.

AUTOTRAC 2-SPEED TRANSFER CASE

Shifts power from 2 wheels to 4 wheels electronically In most conditions, the system automatically shifts when it detects changing road conditions.

SUSPENSION

Z71 Off-Road Suspension Package included on All Terrain model. Includes Gas-charged shocks, Under body transfer case shield helps protect the transfer case from rocks and debris; plus Hill descent control.

CAPLESS FUEL FILL

Helps keep your hands clean of dirt and fuel during fill ups.

Prevents paint scratches that can result from a tethered fuel cap. Requires gas engine.

ASSIST STEPS

Chrome, 5” rectangular standard on Denali. Black, 3” round step bars (LPO) with All Terrain X Package. Black, 5” rectangular (LPO) available except SL. Chrome , 5” rectangular, (dealer-installed) available except SL. Black, 3” round, Offroad step bars, (dealer-installed) available except SL.

REAR VISION CAMERA (HD)

When in Reverse at low speeds, provides you a high resolution view of the scene directly behind the vehicle on the Infotainment screen to help you park and avoid nearby objects.

Dynamic guidelines laid over the display image assist in parking manoeuvres by showing the vehicle’s path. Tailgate must be in the raised position for the Rear Vision Camera to operate properly.

Roll-formed high-strength steel cargo bed. Cornerstep rear bumper and hand assists. Rail protectors. Two-tier loading. Movable load-bearing tie-down hooks are available. Spray-on bedliner is available.

CORNER STEP BUMPER

In both corners of the rear bumper, large footwells, lined with an anti-slip texture and sized for large work boots, make access to the cargo box easier than ever.

EZ-LIFT TAILGATE

Raises and lowers the tailgate with reduced effort thanks to the assist of an internal torsion bar.

Tailgate locks and unlocks with the same key as ignition and door.

WIRELESS CHARGING PAD

Keep the charging cords at home. When you’re on the road in the GMC Canyon, the wireless charging pad, located within easy reach near the cupholders, keeps your compatible smartphone charged and ready.

DRIVER INFORMATION CENTER

Positioned between the vehicle’s gauges, this helpful screen lets you control not only what vehicle information you see, but also how you see it. Speed, settings, turn-by-turn navigation, media, and telephone are all easily viewed through this screen.

FRONT SEATS

Power driver’s seat is standard while power passenger seat is available. Heated front seats are available on SLE and standard on AT, SLT and Denali. Denali also includes ventilated front seats.

CONNECTED ACCESS

There are those who don’t use a smartphone, and therefore wouldn’t benefit from the MyGMC mobile app - but now, some of that technology is available right here in the vehicle. Up to 10 phones can be connected via Bluetooth and up to 2 simultaneously.
