With available All-Wheel-Drive, the 2022 Trailblazer is always ready to hit the open road whether it be paved or off the beaten path. The Chevy Trailblazer is stylish, packed with technology, and nimble enough to keep up with your lifestyle.

AUTO START/STOP ENGINE

Standard on the Trailblazer, this fuel-saving technology automatically shuts down the engine as you come to a stop under certain driving conditions, such as at a stoplight. The engine seamlessly restarts when you take your foot off the brake.

ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL

Enhances regular Cruise Control to allow the vehicle to automatically follow a detected vehicle ahead at the driver-selected following gap while the driver steers, reducing the need for the driver to frequently brake and accelerate.

LIGHTING TECHNOLOGIES

Halogen headlamps with projector low beams and reflector highbeams and sleek, L-shaped LED signature Daytime Running Lamps (DRL) come standard on all trims. On RS and ACTIV, customers can opt for light-emitting diode (LED) projector-beam headlamps.

AUTOMATIC EMERGENCY BRAKING

When traveling at speeds less than 80 km/h, the system can alert you if it detects that a front-end collision situation is imminent with a vehicle ahead you are following.It can also help reduce the collision’s severity by automatically applying hard, emergency braking if you have not already or by enhancing driver hard braking. The system may even help avoid the collision at very low speeds.

PASSIVE ENTRY

The Keyless Access system allows for doors and the tailgate to be accessed without pressing the key fob transmitter button. The key fob must be within 1m (3 ft) of the tailgate or door being opened.

SWITCHABLE ALL-WHEEL-DRIVE

This system helps enhance traction and control on slippery or snow-covered roads. Conveniently, you can leave switchable AWD on year-round, since the rear wheels only engage when the system senses reduced traction. In FWD mode, the system disengages AWD components for greater fuel efficiency.

LANE CHANGE ALERT

Provides side-mirror alerts to help the driver avoid a moving vehicle detected in their side blind zone. Also helps detect a vehicle that is rapidly approaching their side blind zone during a lane-change maneuver.

CAPLESS FUEL SYSTEM

An ingenious capless fuel system is something you’ll appreciate every time you fill up. Behind the fuel-filler door, a small spring-loaded door replaces the traditional screw-on gas cap.

LIFTGATE

If you’ve got your hands full, the available hands-free liftgate opens with just the gentle kicking motion of your foot. What’s more, a programmable memory height can be set for easy reach or to accommodate areas with low ceilings. Available with the Sun and Liftgate Package.

LED TAIL LAMPS

Large, wraparound taillamps seamlessly span both the liftgate and the bodyside, adding to the visual width of the vehicle and giving the rear end a more stable, planted look. They incorporate LED technology on RS and ACTIV models.

PARK ASSIST SENSORS

This feature is designed to alert the driver, when in Reverse, by sounding an audible alert and providing visual indication on the Rear Vision Camera display when it detects certain stationary objects in close proximity behind the vehicle. Available on LT and higher trims.

DRIVER INFORMATION CENTER

A 3.5” DIC is standard on all trims, while a 4.2” is available on LT, RS, and ACTIV. The DIC displays information such as trip-odometer, speed, oil life, tire pressure, air filter life, transmission fluid status, fuel economy data, audio/phone content, as well as driver assistance information.

40/60 SPLIT-FOLDING SECOND ROW

Enables more cargo functionality than the traditional 60/40. Customers are now able to fit items diagonally across the vehicle while comfortably housing a passenger in the second row

STORAGE SOLUTIONS

There is no shortage of storage solutions in the cockpit of the Trailblazer. You have 4.4L of storage in the center console and 6.5L of storage in the glovebox. In addition, there are two cupholders with an integrated phone slot sandwiched between two storage cubbies

TEEN DRIVER TECHNOLOGY

Lets parents manage certain vehicle settings to encourage safer driving habits by their teenager. This configurable feature lets you activate customizable vehicle settings associated with a key fob to help encourage better driving behavior. It can limit certain vehicle features, and automatically turns on certain safety systems if vehicle is equipped. An in-vehicle report card gives you information on driving habits and helps you to continue to coach your new driver.
