The GMC Sierra's available dual function mirror can be used as a conventional rear-view mirror or as a camera-based rear-view mirror that helps drivers see around potential vision obstructions such as rear head restraints.
Compared to a traditional interior rear-view mirror, this mirror display provides a wider, less obstructed field of view to assist when driving, changing lanes, and checking for vehicles and traffic conditions. It offers zoom, brightness and vertical tilt driver adjustments.
The redesigned cabin is bigger in every way, offering more headroom, shoulder room, and rear passenger space for you and your family. A new 13.4" touchscreen (standard on SLE trim and above) with a new Android based infotainment system includes Google Built-in compatibility. With it, many of a user’s favorite phone features are available in the vehicle through the infotainment system, including Google Maps, Google Assistant and Google Play.
Two available segment-first rear-seatback storage compartments, improved rear under seat storage and a spacious compartment in the available center console offer the room you need to store your gear while you’re on the go.
For the first time ever, the 2022 GMC Sierra is available with Super Cruise. It is standard on the Denali Ultimate and available on the Denali with a three year subscription to enable the functionality. It is the industry’s first true hands-free driver-assistance technology for compatible roads, and it can be used on more than 200,000 miles (320,000 km) of compatible roads in the U.S. and Canada.

DYNAMIC FUEL MANAGEMENT (DFM)
Nearly instantaneously, the engine control system will activate or deactivate cylinders in an industry-first 17 different patterns to help maximize fuel efficiency and create the power needed. This new technology is included on the EcoTec3 5.3L V8 engine with 10-speed transmission as well as the available EcoTec3 6.2L V8.
BED AND BOX
Sierra’s redesigned cargo box is longer and wider, with class-leading cargo volume. With available features like 12 standard tie-downs, innovative bed lighting, power lock and release tailgate, there are lots of great features to attract truck buyers in the bed alone.
