What's new for the 2022 Chevrolet Traverse? Quite a bit. The 2022 Chevy Traverse receives a brand new look along with six standard safety features across all trim levels.

Exterior

By far the biggest change to the 2022 Chevrolet Traverse has to do with how it looks from the outside. Starting from the front, the 2022 Traverse has an updated front grille with the High Country trim receiving copper accents. The headlights also see a refresh with standard LED headlamps. As well, they incorporate the turn signals and daytime running lights. Other changes to the front include a restyled bumper & fog lamps.

Along the side, the Traverse receives four new wheel designs but the rest of the side panels remain unchanged. And around the back, the Traverse receives new LED taillights.

Interior

The interior doesn't see many changes to the styling but instead to the available and standard features. Wireless Apple CarPlay & Android Auto are now available along with a new 8-inch diagonal driver information center, wireless phone charging pad, and USB ports in all rows.

Furthermore, the 2022 Chevrolet Traverse adds Automatic Emergency Braking, Front Pedestrian braking, Forward Collision Alert, Lane Departure Warning with Lane Keep Assist, Intellibeam Auto High-Beam, and Follow Distance Indicator all as standard safety features. There is also a safety Alert Seat that is standard on Premier & High Country trims as well as Adaptive Cruise Control available on 3LT, RS & Premier trim levels.

In addition to all of these available and standard features, the 2022 Traverse also has best-in-class cargo space with fold flat 3rd, and 2nd row seats.
