2016 Chevrolet Malibu Cheaper Than Accord & Camry
GM recently revealed pricing for the 2016 Chevrolet Malibu and the fully redesigned sedan will cost less than a Honda Accord or Toyota Camry! Starting at just $22,500 for the L model, the Malibu will give buyers lots of features, for a a much lower price.
The base L model certainly won’t be lightly equipped. To compliment the revolutionary new exterior design, the Malibu will come standard with a 1.5L EcoTec turbocharged 4 cylinder engine cranking out 160HP. This in combination with the Malibu’s 300lb lighter weight will make for an impressive driving dynamic. Standard equipment will also include fuel saving Start-Stop technology with the 1.5L EcoTec engine.
Once inside the Malibu, L model drivers will find push button start, cruise control, air conditioning, ten standard airbags, a six speaker audio system, power windows and locks and more!
The Malibu will also be available in LS, LT, Hybrid and Premier trim levels which add additional optional features such as Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a 2.0L turbocharged 4 cylinder with 8 speed automatic transmission, Lane Keep Assist, Front Pedestrian Braking and lots more.
